Unauthorised use of Credit Cards

We have a strict policy of investigating all attempts at ordering from our website by unauthorised persons using stolen credit card numbers. All suspicious orders will be investigated by sophisticated means and if necessary, the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the right to double check all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

We do operate a ‘back-order’ system, and should a part be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be despatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Product availability are subject to change without notice.

Reconditioned Exchange Items

All reconditioned parts are sold on an exchange basis. If the old unit is not exchanged at the time of purchase, a surcharge will be added to the invoice, redeemable when the old unit is received in a reconditionable state. The surcharge will be refunded in the same form as it was charged (cheque/cash/credit card). The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Orders

We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.

 

Guarantees

MX5 Parts NI guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in new condition. Sorry, but we can not refund the carriage costs.

 

Warranty

Warranty on parts isn’t offered unless specified in the advert.

 

Descriptions

All product descriptions are given in good faith. All claims of effect of fitting uprated/improved/modified/lowered parts are based on the assumption that the vehicle is currently in factory standard trim for a standard model ie, not already modified and not factory special.

 

Damaged Goods

All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

 

Return Procedures of unwanted goods

In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please return the goods to the following address and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you a first class service.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014.

 

Return Procedures of faulty goods

In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods to the above address with a description of the faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card).

 

Exchange of Goods

We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail sales@mx5partsni.com for more info. Sorry, we will not be able to refund your return postage costs for an exchange.

 

Delivery Times

It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Delivery usually takes about 2-5 working days in the UK, within 5-10 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the country you reside. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. The cost of delivery also includes cost of packing. Please note that during special offer periods, dispatch of your order may be delayed slightly due to high a volume of orders.

 

Discount Code Promotions

Special offer discount codes cannot be used with any other offer and cannot be used during 10% Sale periods. The discount code must be redeemed before the date shown when your code is issued.
